Cancellation policy

At LeeFar™ Cutting Mix, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, the ability to change or cancel an order is limited.
Changing an Order
If you need to update your order, such as:
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Product selection
- Quantity ordered
please contact us as soon as possible at hello@leefarcuttingmix.com.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered processing or shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Canceling an Order
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered our fulfillment process, it can no longer be canceled because it is already being prepared for shipment.
If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, any payment received will be refunded to your original payment method.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to update the address.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot redirect or modify the delivery address.
